Martyn's Law - Protection of Premises

Following the Manchester Arena Bombing in May 2017, legislation was drafted which is currently going through Parliament, that requires all venues, buildings and organisations implement reasonably practicable public protection procedures and / or measures depending on the capacity of the premises.

Businesses will be legally obliged to consider the risk of a terrorist attack to their premises or event and take proportionate steps to safeguard the public.

We can provide organisations with indvidualised advice and guidance, review your existing practices, develop new practices, run exercises and testing of all plans and provide training and development to your teams to ensure they meet SIA regulators requirements.
